Zylon® / PBO

Polybenzoxazole or just PBO is one of the fibers with the highest tensile strength and a very high resistance to temperature. This fiber resists against temperatures up to 650°C and has a LOI of 68. At the same time, the fiber is a thermal conductor and stretches very little. It’s properties are excellent for special applications.
